Phillip's First Birthday!!

After a very special birthday dinner of tacos(in which Bubba ate tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla) we all got together for our traditional birthday donut!

Daddy and Bella helped him blow out the #1 candle, and Bubba kept trying to grab his balloon. :)





Bella got a yummy donut and so did Daddy, but mommy declined and just helped them eat theirs.

Check out the Bubba in his bath. His first one as a 1 year old!!

Then, we all had a story and went to bed! Yay!

Lonely, oh so lonely!

In the first picture, Bubba is following his Bella out the front door and down the lawn. Then he's watching his Bella in his stroller, and then he's sad 'cause we dropped her off and are headed home. :(

Before and After

I dropped off a clean and neat and pretty little girl. I picked up a slightly disheveled, wet, and TIRED, but still pretty little girl. Bella had a great time at her first day of Pre-school. They played, sang, and had a good day. I am so proud of her and am preparing for the waterworks that next year will bring. *sniff*

I guess the ride home was a hard one. They both slept quite a bit. :)

The Weekend

Well, we were out of town for the weekend, so please forgive my not posting everyday. Here are pics from the kids' portrait session at Sears though. I will have more when the actual photos come in.

Terrific Tuesdays

Bella and Bubba coloring this morning. Bubba actually managed to make some marks before deciding to just chew on the crayon. :)

































Then it's time for bed, with Bubba all smiles and Bella alternately sad and stubborn. :) She thinks she's old enough to decide for herself when it's time to sleep.

It's working again!

My pictures are back in action. I was having PC trouble, but found a way around them. So following are different times of our day, and tomorrow I will get back to an everyday schedule. :)

Just the two of us

Usually Bella and I get some time together when Bubba goes down for his nap after lunch. We get to color together or go outside and play.

Errands

This is of course everyone's favorite time of the day, when we get out to run our errands. It's usually between breakfast and lunch. This day we were taking a load to the storage unit to get more of our house cleaned out.

Lunchtime!!

Yes, they are eating McDonald's! I can't help it, we are very busy right now getting the house ready and ... nevermind. :) That is Bubba's first piece of apple. He did quite well and I sat next to him the whole time. Mostly he sucked on it and then munched it to applesauce consistency.
