I am having trouble with posting my photos right now, but will get them all updated as soon as I can. :)

The new toy ...

Bubba loves his new ride on, but then so does Bella. This never gets old for them. I don't know why he loves it, but pushing Bella on his new toy just makes him laugh and laugh! I know why she likes it, who wouldn't like a free ride around the living room?

What's new with Bubba?

He has discovered how to "sit" at the kids table. It's so cute, he backs up and raises one leg until he gets half his butt up there, then he pushes back to get all the way up.

He makes lots of goofy faces these days. His expressions really seem endless lately.

He LOVES his ride on toy he got for his birthday. He often rides, pushes, or rides it backwards through the house.

Oh, and he's gotten too big to play in his entertainer. Here he is lamenting that daddy is working and mommy is trying to make dinner. I had to stop and take pics though, he was really making such a cute little fuss!

What's new with Bellarina?

Recently I have noticed that when she is "working"(that's what she calls it when she's coloring/drawing) she has adopted one of Matt's habits. :) He frequently reaches up and tugs at the hair on the front of his head when he is thinking hard. Here's Bella doing the same. It's so cute!

Well, last week, after already having barfed her way through the weekend, she had a fever of 101+ for three days straight. She was tired, she was a tiny bit cranky, but for the most part she was still her smiley self. :)

I just wanted to post this one to show how her hair is growing so fast! We have recently trimmed up the back so she can grow it all out at one length rather than all crazy-like. :)

Bella could not quite explain the "saturday morning cartoons" tradition. Bubba kept laughing and climbing down.

This was taken as a reenaction of the day he was born, but he would have none of it.

I think he's confused here ...

Okay, let's try not to think about the sheer number of germs he's sitting in and just focus on the fact that he's having a great time. :)

I have a fever ...

Can you tell he's miserable?

*sniff*

My poor Bubba has a fever! It's just a reaction to his shots yesterday. =P He had his one year old checkup and he's 29lbs 3oz(95%) and 30.5 inches(75%) and has a 49cm head!

He is growing well, and gets to abandon the formula now. :) Yay!

Pracice makes perfect!

Today we practiced with the spoon some more. He's almost got it! :)

Phillip's First Birthday!!

After a very special birthday dinner of tacos(in which Bubba ate tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla) we all got together for our traditional birthday donut!

Daddy and Bella helped him blow out the #1 candle, and Bubba kept trying to grab his balloon. :)





Bella got a yummy donut and so did Daddy, but mommy declined and just helped them eat theirs.

Check out the Bubba in his bath. His first one as a 1 year old!!

Then, we all had a story and went to bed! Yay!
